Be Ahissia is an Ivorian singer, multidisciplinary performer, and powerful artistic voice whose music lives at the intersection of Afrobeat, traditional Agni/Akan influences, rhythm, movement, poetry, and contemporary African expression.
Her international career includes performances at MASA in Abidjan, Bamako Jazz Festival, Festival sur le Niger, Togo Jazz Festival, Festival International FIGAS in France, and the Festival Afro et Diversité de Cornwall in Canada, among many others.
In 2022, her multidisciplinary performance at MASA earned her the Special Jury Prize in the Multidisciplinary Performance category, recognizing the originality of her stage work, the power of her physical expression, and the depth of her artistic commitment.
