Prepare to embark on a transformative 30-minute meditation session designed to immerse you in a holistic sensory journey. Engage your senses of mindfulness, hearing, touch, taste, and beyond as you unwind and rejuvenate. We recommend dressing comfortably for this experience, and if you prefer, feel free to bring your yoga mat. However, rest assured that chairs will also be provided for your comfort. Following this enriching sensory journey, tantalize your taste buds with a selection of teas and healthy snacks, providing the perfect refreshment to complement your revitalized state.

Enjoy an intimate performance by Lea Longo accompanied by Freddy on guitar. Sit back, relax, and indulge in the soothing sounds of jazz and lounge music.

Meet Lea
Lea Longo is an established Canadian artist, known as the Grand Prize winner of Canada’s National Songwriting Competition and for her original works featured in Hollywood productions such as "Cheaper by the Dozen", "Dawson's Creek", and many others. Beyond her mainstream success, Lea embarked on a spiritual journey to India, where she immersed herself in mantra meditation under revered chanting masters. Inspired by this transformative experience, she recorded "Zen Voyage," a musical odyssey that aims to soothe the soul and promote inner peace through the power of chanting. Lea's dedication to sharing the healing properties of mantra meditation makes her a beacon of light in both the music and spiritual communities.
